Shipping & Returns

Customer satisfaction is part of our daily matra.  Below are our shipping and return policies that should serve to keep us all the same page.  After reading them, if you still have questions, please give us a call.

Shipping & Delivery

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United State. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

* Shipping Charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

Cancellations
if you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
Privacy & Security
We respect the privacy of our customers. Please read our Privacy Policy, designed to help you understand what information we gather online and what we do with that information.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept back any standard product that is authorized within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as it is unused and in re-saleable condition with original packaging as applicable. You MUST contact Ontario Building Supply Co Inc for pre-authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number first.

* Please Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

  1. Please email sales@ontariobuildingsupply.com or phone 1-800-295-3383 to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS, or any item that has been used, is missing parts, not in original packaging or damaged may be refused for credit and/or could be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
